1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flash-GenAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flash-GenAI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts & Authentication
Flash-GenAI uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Account deletion by users is not currently supported.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the study materials and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Flash-GenAI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide and improve the Service. Content may be stored in our database so you can access it later.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Flash-GenAI uses artificial intelligence to generate quizzes, notes, and flashcards. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You acknowledge that such content is provided for educational assistance only and should be reviewed before use.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to disrupt the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using Flash-GenAI in violation of applicable laws or school policies.
7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Flash-GenAI at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.
8. Service Availability
Flash-GenAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flash-GenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
